Sarah is a therapist at North Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support clients in making meaningful, sustainable change. She has a deep respect for the individuality and cultural identity that each person brings to therapy and strives to create a space that is collaborative, affirming, and responsive to everyone’s unique story.
Sarah works with adults and teens, and has a special interest in working with women who are pregnant or postpartum, especially those with a history of anxiety or depression, offering preventative and compassionate care during this important life transition. She also works with individuals with developmental disabilities, providing personalized, strength-based support that honors each person’s unique needs, communication style and goals.
