Counselling Sessions are provided at our office at 119 Wortley Road in London, ON or virtually in the comfort of your own space. Sessions are typically 50 minutes long, or longer as discussed with your therapist in advance. Our fees vary depending on the service provided and the clinician providing the service. Many insurance and benefit plans cover the costs for counselling provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW), Psychologist or Registered Psychotherapist (RP). If you have extended health benefits, it is advised to check with your benefits provider to understand the exact details of your coverage, types of therapists that are covered and the amount of coverage.

In most cases, we are able to provide direct billing services.  If you do not have insurance coverage for your sessions, payment is required within 24 hrs of the session time.  Payment can be received by e-transfer, credit card or cash.

If you are a retired or active member of the Canadian Military or Veterans Affairs Canada, we are approved providers for psychotherapy with Medavie/Blue Cross.

If you are a University or College enrolled student, you may be eligible for coverage for psychotherapy as well. Please contact us to learn more.
